Payment

Payment for orders is through Paypal, a secure payment provider used by many leading e-commerce sites.

Delivery

Delivery to UK destinations is: 

  • Order under £5.00 - £1.50 P&P
  • Order between £5.00 and £9.98 - £2.50 P&P
  • Order between £9.99 and £19.99 - £3.50 P&P
  • Order over £20.00 – free P&P

Different charges apply for overseas destinations but for this, we provide a bespoke delivery service to meet your needs so please contact us at onlineshop@scll.co.uk to discuss further.

Your order should be delivered within 5 working days of ordering for UK destinations, for overseas destinations, this may be slightly longer, and we will contact you with an estimated shipping time.

Please note that if your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

Lead times quoted are given in good faith. They are based on the best available information from our suppliers at time of purchase. Where any delay occurs we will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity.

Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, then please contact us by email at onlineshop@scll.co.uk 

Any items that need to be returned to us must be authorised in advance as we need to provide you with a unique return number (RMA). This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package the items are returned in.

Items must be returned in pristine condition. We will be happy to arrange for a replacement or exchange. Goods are returned at your cost, and we will refund any postage charges if the return is due to faulty goods. Should you wish to cancel your order we will refund the cost of the items. Please note that for health and safety reasons we are not able to accept returns or exchanges of pierced earrings, unless damaged.

If a refund is required, we will issue this using the same payment details that were used to purchase the items. We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks but the refund could take up to an additional 10 working days to show in your account.
